Troops Arrest Six Suspected Drug Dealers in Plateau
Troops of Sector 1, Operation Enduring Peace (OPEP), have arrested six suspected illicit drug dealers during a raid on a suspected drug peddling hideout in Jenta, Jos North Local Government Area of Plateau State.
Security sources told security reporter Zagazola Makama that the operation was conducted at about 7 p.m. on Tuesday, October 6, following intelligence on the activities of suspected drug dealers operating in the area.

The troops reportedly raided the identified location and arrested six suspects found at the scene.
The suspects were subsequently taken into custody for profiling, further investigation and necessary legal action.
The operation is part of ongoing efforts by security agencies to disrupt criminal networks and curb the illicit drug trade, which can fuel other forms of criminality and insecurity in communities.
The security agencies are sustaining operations to identify and dismantle criminal hideouts across the area.
