Fire Guts Petrol Tank in Abuja Filling Station
A fire erupted at Mainland Oil and Gas filling station, located at Dutse junction along Kubwa Expressway, Abuja, causing significant damage to a fuel tank.

Sources report that the incident took place around 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
An eyewitness, who wished to remain anonymous, recounted that he was about to queue for fuel at the filling station when someone shouted that a tanker, which had not yet offloaded its fuel, was ablaze.
Sources report that firefighters and security agencies quickly arrived at the scene to extinguish the fire and protect lives and property.
As of the time of filing this report, no casualties had been recorded.
