Okafor, who spoke through the Deputy Commandant, DCC Abdulhameed Kabara explained that the syndicate gang-raped a 13-year-old JSS 1 student (name withheld), of Day Secondary school, Pandogari, after drugging her with a substance.
He disclosed that on Thursday, 2nd May, 2024, the Principal of the School, informed operatives of the Corps about the activities of the syndicate “and immediately, a strategy was perfected, by using the victim as bait, that led to the arrest of a member of the gang.”
According to him, the victim had told the officers of the command that Aliyu Amiru and other members of his syndicate in 2022 kidnapped and took her to the outskirts of the town where they gang-raped her in an uncompleted building.
“While in their captivity, she said a little boy of less than two years was brought and in her presence, his manhood was chopped off.
“She claimed, the gang told her that they were asked by one Baba Sada to bring the mutilated manhood to be used for a charm that would protect them against any dangerous weapon such as bullet, matchet, dagger, knives, among others,” the Commandant revealed.
Okafor further stated that the case had been transferred to the Intelligence and Investigation Unit of the state command headquarters for discreet Investigation, adding that afterwards, they would all be charged to court for prosecution.
