Senator flags-off distribution of fertilizer across Niger south district
In a bid to uplift agricultural productivity and support farmers in Niger South Senatorial District, Senator Mohammed Bima flagged off the distribution of fertilizer worth millions of Naira earlier today in Bida.
Recognizing the crucial role that agriculture plays in the region’s economy, Senator Mohammed Bima has consistently demonstrated his commitment to the development of the agricultural sector. This initiative aims to provide farmers with the necessary support to maximize their crop yields and ensure food security within the zone.

Addressing the gathering at the flag-off event, Senator Mohammed Bima emphasized the importance of agriculture and the need to empower farmers with the required resources to improve their output. He stated, “We recognize the potential of agriculture to transform our region and boost our economy. By providing farmers with quality fertilizers, we are facilitating their ability to enhance productivity and income, as agriculture remains a key sector in Nigeria’s economy.”
