ISWAP Terrorists Abduct WHO Staff in Borno

Armed men suspected to be members of the Islamic State West Africa Province (ISWAP), on Wednesday, abducted Babagana Bulama, who works for the World Health Organization (WHO).

A source who confirmed the abduction of the humanitarian worker to an agency reporter said: “Babagana Bulama, was abducted by the Boko Haram insurgents on Wednesday around noon, along Maiduguri-Gajiram road.”
Gajiram is the headquarters of the Nganzai Local Government Area of Borno State and is 82.5km from Maiduguri.
