INSURGENCY: ISWAP Fighters Abduct Aide Worker In Borno

Armed men suspected to be members of Islamic State West Africa Province (ISWAP) commonly known as Boko Haram have abducted Babagana Bulama, who works for World Health Organization (WHO), on Wednesday.

A source who craved anonymity  confirmed the abduction of the humanitarian worker.

He said: “Babagana Bulama, was abducted by the Boko Haram insurgents on Wednesday around noon, along Maiduguri-Gajiram road.”

Gajiram is the headquarters of Nganzai Local Government Area of Borno State and is 82.5km from Maiduguri, the capital of Borno State.
