Gunmen raid Kaduna village, kills 1, Abduct scores
EMERGENCY DIGEST- At least 18 persons have been abducted and one person killed following an attack on Angwar Zalla Udawa, Kaduna state.
Some heavily armed men reportedly stormed the village along Kaduna-Birnin Gwari highway around 12:30am on Sunday.

A community leader in Udawa, Muhammed Umaru, who confirmed the incident, identified the deceased as Bala Jaja.
He said married women, adults and young ladies were among those abducted.
There is no official statement on the incident as at the time of filing this report as calls to the Spokesperson of Kaduna Police Command, ASP Jalige Mohammed, were not answered.
