SAEMA Awards 2021: Submit Nominees for Security and Emergency Management Awards
The Emergency Digest, a publication of the award-winning Image Merchants Promotion Limited in conjunction with the Centre for Crisis Communication (CCC) is organizing the 3rd Security and Emergency Management Award (SAEMA 2021).
The award which is instituted to recognize the immeasurable and invaluable contributions to the security, emergency management, peace development by individuals, groups and relevant stakeholders is billed to take place on December 18, 2021, in Abuja.
The award will recognize gallantry, rescue efforts, safety measures, teamwork and outstanding contributions to security and emergency management in Nigeria.
In the first and second editions of the SAEMA Awards, top stakeholders and dignitaries in the security service, communication sector, humanitarian affairs and Non-Governmental Organisations graced the occasions.

Meanwhile, some of the winning entries at SAEMA 2020 later won International Awards. The Department of State Security Service (DSS), the National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA) and Kaduna State Ministry of Internal Security and Home Affairs, for instance later bagged SABRE 2021 Certificate of Excellence for outstanding campaigns for African PR awards… They later emerged finalists for the year’s Golden World Awards of the International Public Relations Associations (IPRA).
Entries for nominations are opened to all Nigerians including individuals, groups, and organizations responsible for law enforcement, humanitarian services, and security/military operations in the protection of life and properties in Nigeria.
The Panel of Judges is comprised of seasoned security experts and humanitarian service providers, scholars and industry players.
Entries Open: October 20th – November 25th, 2021.
