Family Of 22 ISIS Fighters Killed In Libya Back in Nigeria

The federal government has disclosed that it has repatriated to the country, 22 family members of suspected Islamic State of Iraq (ISIS) fighters killed in Libya.

A statement at the weekend by the Head, Media and Public Relations of the Nigerian Diaspora Commission (NIDCOM), Abdur-Rahman Balogun, revealed that 79 other Nigerians were also evacuated from the war torn country.

The statement said that the returnees arrived the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport at 10.15 pm, aboard Airforce C130, adding “the evacuees came with Negative PCR test for Covid- 19.”

They were received by officials of Ministry of Foreign Affairs, NIDCOM and other relevant government agencies.
