Elections: Again, Buratai meets Commanders, orders tight security
As the country prepares for governorship and state assemnly elections, the Chief of Army Staff, Lt. Gen. Tukur Buratai has charged commanders of various and formations to ensure adequate security in a bid to ensure peaceful and violent-free elections.

Buratai gave the charge on Wednesday at an ongoing meeting with Principal Staff Officers, General Officers Commanding (GOCs) and Brigade Commanders at the Army headquarters in Abuja.
He also told commanders to remain apolitical and caution their officers and soldiers from hob-nobbing with politicians.
The chief had before the Presidential and National Assembly polls issues same sterling warning to Officers.
